Price Brothers Awards CBRE Leasing Assignment for KC Office Asset
Price Brothers has appointed CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent for Valencia Place, a 10-story, approximately 250,000-square-foot office building at 444 W. 47th St. in Kansas City, built in 2000.
Designed by CDFM2 before its merger with HOK, Valencia Place has long served as home to Lockton Companies, which plans to relocate to a larger footprint in an approximately 450,000-square-foot build-to-suit headquarters in Leawood, Kansas, in early 2030. Bob Fagan and Matt Eckert of CBRE are marketing the property on behalf of Price Brothers. Valencia Place features recent investments in amenities and infrastructure, including a lobby reception area, fitness and dining spaces.
“We’re excited about the opportunity to offer a trophy Class A office building of this scale at a time when comparable availability is limited, and demand for high-quality office space remains strong,” said Bob Fagan, senior vice president with CBRE. “Valencia Place gives companies the ability to establish a significant presence in the Country Club Plaza area.”
