CBRE Arranges Sale of 400-Unit East Orlando Multifamily Property

CBRE has brokered the sale of Mirabella at Waterford Lakes, a 400-unit multifamily property in East Orlando. The sales price was undisclosed.

Located at 12101 Fountainbrook Blvd., the gated community was built in 2000 and is currently 95% occupied. Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham and Justin Basquill of CBRE represented the seller, Lantower Residential, in the transaction.

“We received incredible interest in Mirabella at Waterford Lakes, which translated into a highly-competitive bidding environment,” said Granade, vice chairman at CBRE. “This is a testament to the quality of the asset, its excellent location, tremendous upside potential and strong investor demand for value-add opportunities in Central Florida.”
