Preston Center to be redevelopment by Ramrock

Preston Center Redevelopment Project Okayed

Ramrock Real Estate is planning to build an office high-rise and multifamily tower with ground-floor retail next to the Preston Center Pavilion, a retail center home to tenants including Target Corp, CVS, and Office Depot. It is near the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and W. Northwest Hwy.

The project calls for 265,000 square feet of office space in one tower and 180 multifamily units with 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail in the other high-rise. Ramrock plans to demolish most of the retail properties on the block, with the exception of the Target store.

Construction is expected to start in 2026, with delivery planned for 2027. HKS Inc. is designing the project.

The project will also feature more affordable units, as recommended by city staff. Fifteen percent will be designated for households whose incomes fall below the AMI.
