Presidium Frisco Square Breaks Ground

Presidium Frisco Square to Add Value in Live, Work, Play Setting

Presidium recently broke ground on Presidium Frisco Square, a 337,000-square-foot residential community within mixed-use development, Frisco Square. Presidium Frisco Square will offer 368 apartment homes once delivered in June 2023 at the corner of Cotton Gin and Church roads.

“Nestled in the heart of more than 4.4 million square feet of a booming office, retail and dining destination, Presidium Frisco Square will add even greater value to the area’s existing infrastructure and offer future residents the ability to live, work and play seamlessly in a true mixed-use environment,” says John Griggs, co-CEO and co-founder of Presidium. “With high-end amenities chosen for modern living and an architecturally inclusive design, Presidium Frisco Square embodies the best of the city’s go-getter mindset as it continues to be one of the most burgeoning urban cities in America.”

Presidium Frisco Square was designed by Dallas-based O’Brien Architects.
