Presidium Completes Phase I of DFW Apartment Build

Presidium, a real estate development, investment and management firm, has completed the first phase of Presidium Berkshire, a 340-unit community in the North Fort Worth area. The development, designed by Dallas-based O’Brien Architects, spans 352,000 square feet. Phase 2, which is located adjacent to Presidium Berkshire, will break ground at the end of 2023 and will consist of 302 units. Both communities are located along Berkshire Lake Blvd. and Blue Mound Road. 

Residents of Presidium Berkshire will have a variety of amenities, such as a clubroom with gaming tables, a speak-easy style bar, a co-working lounge with multiple private offices and conference rooms, a Wi-Fi café, H20 lounge, private offices, a high-end demonstration kitchen and a fitness center with a dedicated yoga studio.

Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool with fountain splash pads, a poolside bar, a second-floor roof deck overlooking the pool area and an outdoor kitchen with multiple grills. Presidium Berkshire offers apartment homes ranging from $1,560 to $2,780.
