Presidium Berkshire Kicks Off First of Three Phases of Fort Worth Rental Community
Phase one of Presidium Berkshire, a new 340-unit luxury apartment community in the Fort Worth Alliance district, is now taking names for fall move-ins. Early lessees for phase one will be allowed in their rooms in October. Presidium Berkshire plans call for a total of 1,100 units over three phases. Phase two will break ground laters this year.
Rents should run between $1,480 to $2,690 a month for a three bedroom. Indoor amenities will include a clubroom with gaming tables, a bar, a lounge with private offices, a fitness center and private garages. Outdoors, tenants can expect a dog park, car wash, charging stations, pool and outdoor kitchen area.
Presidium’s Mark Farrell says he is trying to build something more than just a place to live, “Our goal was to take a deep dive into the residents who have relocated here and invest in new and creative ways to build an environment they genuinely want to spend time in.”
