Presidio’s Eleven-Eighty Old Mason Hits the Market in 2022
A unique leasing opportunity will be available next year at Eleven-Eighty Old Mason Street, located along Crissy Field with immediate access to Highway 101. Views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Crissy Field and the Palace of Fine Arts are also part of the package.
Eleven-Eighty Old Mason Street offers an office campus environment comprising seven buildings totaling 90,000 rentable square feet with open floorplans, skylights and view windows. There are 200 organizations in the Presidio, a park environment with plenty of open space for employees, clients and the public.
The offering is being presented by the Presidio Trust.
“Our occupancy remains high, and we continue to see strong interest for commercial space in the Presidio,” says Josh Bagley, deputy chief business officer at the Presidio Trust. “Not only does the Presidio offer a great working environment, but our tenants and their clients value the mission-driven proposition that their rents directly support the park as a public benefit for all.”
According to CoStar, the vacancy rate for office space in the Presidio is 3 percent compared to downtown San Francisco which is between 14 and 16 percent. The Presidio leasing team is now leading an average of 25 tours per week compared to eight last year, and adding buildings (103, 36, 49 and 1180 totaling 139,500 rentable square feet) to its leasing portfolio to meet the demand.
