Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Patrick Cheeseman as senior managing director of Presence by Cushman & Wakefield and Client Solutions Lead. Presence is part of the company’s commitment to enhancing tenant experiences and building engagement through sophisticated tools and programs.  

Cheeseman, a seasoned hotelier with nearly two decades of experience, will utilize his expertise in hospitality, employee engagement, and customer service to oversee the strategic growth, execution, and operational aspects of the Presence service offering.
