Little Ford, described as “a small collection of single-level homes” in south Austin, will soon break ground. Construction is anticipated to begin on the 22-unit condominium complex in spring 2020, with completion anticipated by summer, 2021.

Situated on .4 acres at 104 W. Mockingbird Ln., the project will offer one and two-bedroom units, ranging from 868  to 1,314 square feet. Prices range from the $200,000s to the $400,000s. On-site amenities will include a community “backyard,” with entertaining kitchen, grill, fire pit, games, dog park and a walking trail among heritage oak trees.

Brandon Miller Group is handling marketing and sales for the property. The land owner is listed as Congress 5300 LLC in Austin.
