Premier Workspaces signed a nine-year lease for office space in Concord, its fourth location in Northern California

Premier Workspaces Grows NorCal Footprint with Concord Location

Irvine-based Premier Workspaces has signed a nine-year lease with the Barker Pacific Group at 1800 Sutter Sq. in Concord. This will expand Premier’s Northern California footprint to include Concord, San Jose, San Francisco and Oakland in addition to more than 60 locations throughout California and 85-plus nationally.

“We’re excited to add Concord to our portfolio,” said Amy Fuller, SVP of Sales & Marketing at Premier. “With its stunning views and well-rounded economy, it’s the perfect setting for a flexible workspace.”

She continued, “It will also give our Northern California clients another potential meeting room or full-time office option closer to home. This is important as more companies and workers try to find a balance. We’re happy to be part of that solution.”

The Barker Pacific Group was represented by Colliers’ Scott Ellis and Premier was represented by Robert Rush of U.S. Realty Group.
