PREMIER Design Building Out Facilities for Chicago Cardiology

PREMIER Design + Build Group has completed the buildout of a new hybrid medical facility and begun renovation work on a second medical office building. Both projects are for Chicago Cardiology Institute (CCI).

The hybrid patient care facility designed for CCI is located at 802 Woodfield Rd. in Schaumburg. It features a smart design that allows it to serve double duty. During daytime hours, it serves as a diagnostic imaging and medical consultation facility. During the overnight hours, the exam room spaces can be converted into “sleep suites” and used as sleep laboratories.

CCI’s Oak Park building is located at 7035 W. North Ave. The Oak Park renovations are slated for completion by early October. PREMIER is serving as general contractor on both projects.

PREMIER’s team for both buildouts is led by project manager Bill Malarski and Joseph Ahrens, SVP, market leader.
