PREMIER Design + Build Wraps One NJ Project for Brookfield, Launches Another
PREMIER Design + Build Group announced the substantial completion of Montrose 287 Logistics Center in South Plainfield, NJ and the commencement of construction on the Union Distribution Center in Union, NJ for Brookfield Properties. Montrose 287 Logistics Center was PREMIER’s first project with Brookfield.
Completed at the end of October, the 112,191-square-foot Montrose 287 development features a 36-foot clear height, 27 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 98 car parking spaces, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system, along with a built-to-suit office area tailored to meet the tenant’s specific needs.
This past September, PREMIER’s team broke ground on Union Distribution Center, its second project with Brookfield. This 151,676-square-foot, Class A distribution facility includes a 4,000-square-foot build-to-suit office space, 36-foot clear height, 28 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 16 trailer parking stalls and 123 car parking stalls.
