Premier Design + Build Launches Work on Its New HQ

Premier Design + Build Group has just broken ground on its new corporate headquarters in suburban Chicago. The new corporate headquarters is being constructed at 1305 Busch Parkway in Buffalo Grove, IL.

The move to a new home was prompted by rapid growth at the design and construction firm. Premier recently sold its previous headquarters of seven years, which was in Itasca.

The projected completion date for the 50,516-square-foot, two-story facility is July 2022. Premier’s new home will feature open offices with abundant daylighting, outdoor workspaces overlooking a lake, breakout rooms, huddle spaces, and a full indoor basketball court. It will include two canopied entrances, cantilevered decks, two drive-in doors, and four dock positions.

Premier teamed with Cornerstone Architects, Ltd. for architectural design of the facility. “We wanted to create an environment that motivates and energizes our team,” according to Brian Paul, co-founder and managing principal.
