PREMIER Design + Build Launches Orange Industrial for IDI

PREMIER Design + Build Group began work on its first project for IDI Logistics in the Western region, the Orange Logistics Center in Orange. The development consists of two industrial facilities totaling 285,719 square feet, with Building 1 spanning 189,519 square feet and Building 2 measuring 99,200 square feet.

The Orange Logistics Center is situated just one mile from the Orange Crush interchange—the well-known junction of Interstate 5, State Route 22, and State Route 57. The Crush is recognized as one of the most complex road interchanges globally, connecting three major freeways and intersecting 34 different routes, making it suitable for logistics and distribution operations.

PREMIER’s team for the Orange Logistics Center is led by project manager Matt Lindsay, with support from assistant project manager Victor Xu, project engineer Madeline Rappaport, general superintendent Tom Rushing, Sr., senior superintendent Jesse Castillo, superintendent Steve Miller and director of construction Nick Palmer. Lee & Associates is serving as the project’s real estate broker.
