PREMIER Design + Build Completes Two-Building Industrial for IDI

PREMIER Design + Build Group has completed construction of the Orange Logistics Center, a two-building, Class A industrial development totaling 285,719 square feet in Orange. The project marks PREMIER’s first completed facility for IDI Logistics in the Western Region.

Designed to support modern logistics and distribution operations, the development delivers highly efficient, flexible space across two state-of-the-art buildings, according to PREMIER. Building 1 encompasses 186,519 square feet with a 6,490-square-foot office component, while Building 2 totals 99,200 square feet and includes a 6,347-square-foot office.

Both facilities were designed with sustainability and long-term performance in mind. Project features include a carbon-reduction concrete slab system and design strategies aligned with LEED certification goals.

PREMIER’s team worked in close collaboration with HPA Architecture, HSA & Associates, Inc., Thienes Engineering, Inc., General Underground Fire Protection, Guy Yocom Construction, Inc., Engineering Resources, and Hunter Landscape. Lee & Associates served as the project’s real estate broker.
