PREMIER Design + Build Completes Rexford Project in City of Industry

PREMIER Design + Build Group has completed construction of a Class A industrial development located at 15010 Don Julian Rd., City of Industry, for Rexford Industrial. The project totals 219,242 square feet, including an 11,000-square-foot, two-story office component, and reflects Rexford’s and PREMIER’s continued success in delivering industrial facilities throughout Southern California.

15010 Don Julian Rd. features a 36-foot clear height, 21 dock doors, and one grade-level load-in door, supporting efficient warehouse and distribution operations, according to PREMIER. The building is equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system and a rooftop solar panel system, reinforcing a focus on safety, sustainability, and long-term operational efficiency.

The office space was designed in collaboration with a local architect to deliver a modern, highly functional interior environment. The project showcases a second-story balcony and a façade defined by expansive window lines.

PREMIER worked in collaboration with Herdman Architecture + Design, Inc., Hunter Environmental, Kramer Engineering, Huitt-Zollars and RPM Engineers.

Don’t miss Carter Andrus, Chief Operating Officer of Prologis, as the keynote interview at Connect Industrial Midwest— taking place Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, IL.
