PREMIER Breaks Ground on Large Chicagoland MF Development

PREMIER Design + Build Group is partnering with Cullinan Properties to deliver The View at Rock Run Collection, a multifamily residential project within an expansive 310-acre mixed-use development in Joliet, Illinois.

The View represents the largest multifamily development in the Chicagoland area, featuring 573 units across fourteen three-story, garden-style apartment buildings spread over 30 acres. The View is designed with centralized amenities that include an outdoor pool, entertainment area, volleyball court, yoga platform, bocce ball court, cabana building, and a fully equipped gym.

Phase I of The View includes three residential buildings totaling 264 units, a free-standing clubhouse building, three parking garages, retention ponds, and additional infrastructure work. “The View is the culmination of our efforts to grow PREMIER’s residential portfolio and meet the rising demand for high-quality, amenity-rich living spaces,” said Ryan Keefe, Executive Vice President at PREMIER. PREMIER is collaborating closely with architectural partner Humphreys & Partners Architects, LP on the project.

Be there for insights from multifamily industry leaders on Sept. 11, when Connect Conferences will hold a nationwide in-person event. Register here for Connect Apartments 2025, taking place in Los Angeles at the Fairmont Century Plaza.
