Premier Breaks Ground on Final Phase of Bolingbrook Complex

Premier Design + Build Group recently broke ground on a 219,000-square-foot speculative warehouse in the southwest suburb of Bolingbrook, IL. Known as Fountain Square Facility 5, the new structure will be the final development at the Fountain Square Commerce Center, which was acquired by Bridge Development Partners last November.

Fountain Square Building 5 will feature 48 docks, two drive-in doors and an Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler system. The site will include parking for 30 trailers and 178 cars on a 12-acre parcel along the I-55 corridor.

Premier will manage design + build services for Fountain Square Building 5, which is slated for completion in March 2020. The firm’s Jason Spataro will serve as project manager and Rich Pozzi will serve as site superintendent, working with SVP and Midwest market leader Michael Long and SVP of field operations Ronald Nelsen.
