Preleasing is Underway at Waterfront Place Apartments

Seattle-based family-owned builder SeaLevel Properties and Canada/Washington-based builder/construction company Gracorp recently kicked off preleasing at the two-building Waterfront Place Apartments development. The property is located at 1300 West Marine View Dr. in port of Everett’s new 65-acre Waterfront Place central development.

The four-story multifamily building features 135 residential units including 118 one-bedroom and 17-two-bedroom homes along with 198 parking stalls. Slated to open this spring, the north building is currently 35 percent preleased and active leasing is now underway, with an interest list of more than 1,800 individuals. Potential future residents can visit the temporary leasing office in neighboring Hotel Indigo while the permanent leasing office is being completed.

“Bringing residents to a revitalized Everett waterfront has been a long time coming for the port and city of Everett,” said John Shaw, SeaLevel Properties director of multifamily acquisitions. “This will no doubt build momentum for the port’s broader waterfront vision and will build energy for the port’s next office and residential phase.”
