Preleased Woodbridge Industrial Trades to EverWest

Woodmont Industrial Partners closed the sale of 85 New Brunswick Ave., a 101,425-square-foot Class A distribution center in the Hopelawn section of Woodbridge, NJ. Terms of the sale to EverWest weren’t disclosed. The property, which Woodmont completed earlier this year, was preleased by Bentley Labs, a formulation and manufacturing partner to leading beauty brands. 

 “We’re incredibly proud of our ability to bring our plans for this property to fruition and meet the tremendous demand for well-located distribution space,” said Anthony Amadeo, VP at Woodmont. “This deal is indicative of Woodmont’s ability to see our deals through their entire lifecycle.” 

The CBRE team of EVP Mindy Lissner, first VP Robert Pine and SVP David Gheriani served as the property’s exclusive leasing agent and preleased the property to a single tenant on a long-term basis.
