Prebuilts, Amenity Floor Added to Mix at 30 Broad

Tribeca Associates has wrapped up work on the amenity floor and new prebuilts at 30 Broad St. in the Financial District. It’s part of the overall repositioning of this 47-story office tower, which dates from the early 1930s and which Tribeca acquired in 2016.

“Our team faced a formidable challenge taking a 1932 asset into the 21st century,” said Bill Brodsky, a founder of Tribeca Associates. “Today’s tenants care about sustainability and openness in the workplace, qualities that we’re proud to say our upgrades incorporate, all with a unique aesthetic that stylishly merges 30 Broad’s historic features with the contemporary additions.”

Leasing at 30 Broad is being handled exclusively by NKF’s Andrew Peretz, Hal Stein, David Malawer and Daniel Appel. They have placed law firms, architecture groups, software companies and financial services tenants at the property.
