Pre-war Apartment Property Offers Repositioning Prospects

The Compass investment sales team of Adelaide Polsinelli and Trystan Polsinelli has been hired to market the Royal Court at 258 W. 97th St.. The pre-war residential property is right off the corner of Broadway, and one block from the 96th Street subway station.

The property consists of 93 units, of which 75 will be delivered vacant. It comes with an additional 24,000 square feet of development rights, presenting investors, developers and users with a repositioning opportunity.

“The property is perfectly suited for dormitory, residential, corporate housing or not-for-profit users,” said Adelaide Polsinelli. “This is such a convenient location, which is steps away from all that the Upper West Side has to offer.”

Trystan Polsinelli added that the offering was is in “a neighborhood driven by strong demographics and great transportation.”
