Pre-Stabilized Indianapolis Multifamily Trades to Becovic

Cushman & Wakefield directors George Tikijian and Hannah Ott and associate Cameron Benz have represented locally based TWG Development in its sale of Notch at Nora in Indianapolis to Becovic Management for an undisclosed sum.

Located on the Northside of Indianapolis at 86th and Westfield Blvd., Notch at Nora is a 186-unit, luxury multifamily community. TWG sold the recently completed development on a pre-stabilized basis.

“Locally based Becovic Management is well positioned to finish Notch at Nora’s lease-up and take advantage of the area’s great location and strong Indianapolis rental market fundamentals to continue to drive rent growth,” said Ott. “Investors’ interest in new, pre-stabilized multifamily development is an emerging trend, and with quality new projects like Notch at Nora, we’ll likely see this trend accelerate in the near-term.”

Notch at Nora offers one- and two-bedroom units and direct access to the Monon Trail.
