Pre-Sales Launch for Condo Tower within Lakeshore East

Pre-sales have begun on Cirrus, Lendlease Development and Magellan Development Group’s 47-story residential condominium tower within the Lakeshore East master-planned development.

Scheduled to begin construction this summer, with first deliveries in fall 2021, Cirrus is part of a three-tower addition representing one of the Lakeshore East plan’s final phases.

“Cirrus fills a void in the new-construction condo market with a range of floor plans and price points that presents a unique opportunity for the downtown buyer, especially in such a prominent location,” said Lendlease’s Tom Weeks. It will share amenities with Cascade, an adjacent rental apartment tower that will break ground simultaneously.

“With the start of Cirrus and Cascade, we’re one step closer to realizing the completion of the Lakeshore East master plan, which has been under development for the past 20 years,” said Sean Linnane at Magellan. The project is the first on which Lendlease and Magellen have partnered.
