Pre-Leasing Underway at Related Midwest’s Streeterville Tower

Related Midwest has begun pre-leasing at its 70-story One Bennett Park residential tower in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. The first move-ins are scheduled for October.

The first Chicago high-rise by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, which also designed the interiors, One Bennett is part of Related Rentals’ Reserve collection. It will offer Choice Wellness, from which residents are able to choose between a discounted Equinox membership or a complimentary Divvy bike membership, and Life Simplified, available exclusively to Related residents via technology platform Hello Alfred.

“There isn’t a residential building in Chicago that looks or lives like One Bennett Park,” said Curt Bailey, president of Related Midwest. He added that it would appeal both to families “seeking a walkable urban lifestyle,” and to professionals “seeking sophisticated city living, with concierge services available for everything from pet care to daily errands.”

The property will include a mix of rental apartments starting at $3,395 per month for a one-bedroom, and condominium units priced from $2 million.
