Pre-leasing Strong for Lincoln Park MXU

Baker Development Corporation has begun pre-leasing at its ELEVATE Lincoln Park mixed-use project at 930 W. Altgeld St. It will be the first new construction rental development built in the immediate area in nearly three decades.

Located next to the newly renovated Apollo Theater, ELEVATE Lincoln Park will include a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments in 66 different floor plans . Residences range from 464 to 1,430 square feet, with studios starting at $1,795.

“Pre-leasing has been strong, and we look forward to continuing that momentum in the spring,” said Baker Development principal Dan Slack. Aaron Galvin of Luxury Living Chicago Realty, which is marketing the property, said it’s been drawing interest “from people who already live here and others who are looking to relocate.”
