Pre-Leasing Commences on Roanoke Village

Matthew Rosenfeld and Taylor Black with Weitzman have launched pre-leasing activities on Roanoke Village, a 42,970-square-foot, retail and restaurant center in this far north Fort Worth suburb. The retail center is being developed by New Stream Commercial, and is on U.S. 377 and Parish Lane, adjacent to downtown Roanoke.

The retail center will be situated in two multi-tenant buildings, which will be joined by facilities geared for medical use and office space. A four-story SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel will also open at the development in 2020.

The development is adjacent to the Circle T Ranch and Alliance, and is across U.S. 377 from a major industrial park. The park houses distribution centers for FedEx, UPS, Walmart, General Mills, Nestle, Tom Thumb, Firestone and General Motors.
