Pre-Leasing Commences for 90K-SF Northpointe Shopping Center

The Weitzman Group has commenced pre-leasing for Northpointe Shopping Center, a 90,000-square-foot, entertainment-anchored retail center at Windsor Pointe Drive and S.H. 249 in Tomball, TX. Santikos Entertainment is the developer. The center will be anchored by the existing Santikos Silverado 19, a 19-screen cinema that includes an IMAX screen and six 3D-equipped screens.

Randy Hopper and Edward Heap with Weitzman are handling leasing. The leasing agents are looking for concepts that are compatible with an entertainment anchor and the two existing restaurants on pad sites: Texas Roadhouse and Bahama Bucks.
