Tech firm Sailthru, Inc., leased a prebuilt office suite at One World Trade Center with 27,320 square feet of space.

So far, 25 tenants have signed leases for office space in the tower’s prebuilt program, which occupies nine floors at One World Trade Center. The 361,668-square-foot prebuilt program is now 50% leased, with 20 units remaining.

“Our team worked closely with Sailthru to select a prebuilt space that met the needs of their growing technology company,” said Jonathan “Jody” Durst, president of The Durst Organization. One World Trade Center is managed, operated, and leased by The Durst Organization, and was built by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
