Praedium’s $43M MF Buy Stakes Atlanta Claim

Praedium Group LLC struck a deal with The Residential Group to acquire the 272-unit Crest at Laurelwood at 10247 State Highway 92 in the Atlanta suburb of Woodstock, GA. The New York City buyer paid $43.1 million for the property, which delivered in 2015.

The property consists of eight buildings that offer one, two- and three-bedroom units measuring from 866 to 1,321 square feet. Monthly rents range from $1,051 to$1,499, and amenities include a cyber café, billiards room, dog park, electric car charting stations, and a two-story fitness center and yoga studio.
