The Praedium Group acquired the 300-unit Views at Harbortown in Jacksonville, FL. The New York City-based buyer paid $57.3 million to seller and developer Fairfield Residential Co. LLC for the Class A asset at 14030 Atlantic Blvd.
“The Views at Harbortown is a high-quality asset that offers residents access to the privately owned Harbortown Marina and the Intracoastal Waterway, an amenity unique relative to the competitive set of properties,” said Praedium Principal Chris Hughes. The complex also owns three boat slips, two of which can fit up to a 40-foot boat.
Views at Harbortown, which delivered in 2015 at a cost of $40 million, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 713 to 1,570 square feet. On-site amenities include a clubhouse, two resort-style swimming pools, a cyber lounge and business center, a fitness center and picnic areas with grills.
