PR Firm Inks Full-Floor Lease in Midtown  

Anat Gersteina has signed a 7,150-square-foot lease in Midtown at 29 West 38th Street. The full-service communications firm will occupy the entire 14th floor.  

Anat Gerstein, Inc. is a public relations firm that works exclusively with nonprofits to build clients’ brand recognition and reputation. The property is a 16-story, 92,700-square-foot office and retail space. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s David Lebenstein and Sayo Kamara represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, 29 WEST 38 ASSOCIATES, LLC, was represented by Ben Waller and Elisa Larson from ABS Partners Real Estate.
