PR Agency Relocates Within 950 Third Ave.
JLL has completed a 10-year lease on behalf of RF Binder Partners, Inc., a leading public relations agency, for the entirety of the 11,305-square-foot eighth floor at 950 Third Ave. in Midtown East. The Class-A office tower is owned by the Altholz family.
It’s a long-term relocation within the building for RF Binder Partners, which previously occupied the sixth and seventh floors.
Led by Amy Binder, RF Binder was represented by JLL vice chairman Alexander Chudnoff and managing director Benjamin Bass. Building ownership was represented by Jared Horowitz, vice chairman, and Joshua Gosin, managing director, of Newmark Knight Frank.
Located on the corner of 57th Street and Third Avenue, 950 Third offers a modern lobby, 24/7 security, on-site management and a state-of-the-art telecommunications infrastructure. The 32-story property features sweeping views of Midtown Manhattan and is home to a significant international tenant roster.
