PR Agency Relocates to Full Floor at Nomad Tower

JLL completed a 15-year lease for 27,040 square feet of office space with MWWPR at Global Holdings Management Group’s Nomad Tower, 1250 Broadway. A leading independent public relations firm, MWWPR will relocate from 304 Park Ave. South.

MWWPR was represented by JLL’s Alexander Chudnoff, Benjamin Bass and Kristen Morgan. Their colleagues Paul N. Glickman, Mitchell Konsker, Diana L. Biasotti and Harley Dalton represented Nomad Tower. Craig Panzirer represented Global Holdings in-house.

As part of the transaction, JLL was able to successfully terminate MWWPR’s 304 PAS obligation early in order to accommodate a growing tenant’s needs.

Regarding Nomad Tower, “MWWPR was attracted to the building due to its evolving neighborhood amenities and the impressive building renovation,” said Chudnoff. “The entire third floor will allow MWWPR to completely redesign and reimagine its space to continue to recruit and maintain an ideal workforce and corporate culture.”
