PowerSecure Lighting Selects Frisco for HQ

PowerSecure Lighting, a division of PowerSecure Inc. opted to put its North Texas corporate headquarters in Frisco Park 25, a 216-acre, master-planned business park located in the Dallas suburb of Frisco, TX. To house the light-design company, Stream Realty Partners is developing a 152,000-square-foot building, the first to be developed in Frisco Park 25. The business park is at Preston Road and Rockhill Parkway.

PowerSecure Lighting will take 76,000 square feet as the development’s anchor tenant. Stream Realty’s Bob Hagewood and Cannon Green will market the remainder. “We are bullish on the Frisco market, and feel there is a lot of pent-up demand for this product type that we will be able to accommodate,” Hagewood said. Construction on the building is expected to begin in late 2017, with delivery scheduled for mid-2018.
