Pottery Barns Joins Growing Retail Tenant Lineup at Westfield Old Orchard
Several signature stores and new dining options are set to open at Westfield Old Orchard Mall in the coming months as work progresses on the massive redevelopment plans that started in 2022. Home furnishing brand Pottery Barn is relocating its store at the mall, joining Arhaus, Puttshack and ZARA in the former Lord & Taylor space.
The redevelopment of the Lord & Taylor space is part of the transformation plans by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), the Paris-based owner of the mall, which is overhauling the North Shore shopping center and lifestyle destination in Skokie, Illinois. Plans also include new residences, dining establishments, wellness facilities, and outdoor amenities, as well as a public park and event space.
Over the next year, the center will welcome six additional new retailers, including woman-owned beaded jewelry brand Little Words Project, Canadian women’s fashion brand Aritzia, clothing retailer Urban Outfitters, and Italian intimates store Intimissimi. Two culinary concepts, Cupitol and Café Castemila, will also join Westfield Old Orchard.
