Postal Realty Trust Acquires $2M USPS-Leased Building in Melbourne
Postal Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT focused on the acquisition and management of properties leased to the United States Postal Service, has purchased an industrial building in Melbourne, FL for $1.8 million.
The buyer and seller, City of Melbourne Airport Authority, completed the all-cash transaction without brokerage representation.
The 30,750-square-foot facility on North Apollo Boulevard sits on five acres at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport and includes a carrier annex and vehicle maintenance facility. The property has been occupied by the United States Postal Service for more than 25 years.
