Randall Davis Company is starting work on the London House, a mid-rise development overlooking the estates of River Oaks at 2323 San Felipe St. in Houston.

The 12-story, 70,000-square-foot tower draws inspiration from the neighboring townhomes and elegance of London’s Chelsea neighborhood. The project will have 23 units, including 19 standard residences and four penthouses, most with their own elevator access. Each unit will have a gas fireplace, ceiling heights ranging from 11-feet to 13-feet, solid-core doors, and terraces with the option to add an outdoor kitchen for early buyers.

London House, slated for completion in mid-2024, offers a variety of floorplans starting at $1.5 million, including standard units with 3-bedrooms, 2.5 baths up to 3,388-square feet, and penthouse units starting at around $3.8 million with 3-bedrooms, 4.5 baths up to 4,257-square-feet.

John Cadenhead of Goree, is the architect. G.T. Leach is the general contractor. The Randall Davis Company has developed over 15 projects, with locations in Las Vegas, Galveston as well as Houston.
