Portola Valley Office/Medical Campus Comes Up for Sale

JLL Capital Markets is marketing for sale The Offices at Ladera, a seven-building, 29,156-square-foot office/medical campus in Portola Valley. Senior managing director Will Connors and senior directors Daniel Renz and Michael Manas are marketing the asset on behalf of Woodstock Development.

The Offices at Ladera is located at 3200 to 3280 Alpine Rd., one of a few commercial buildings within Portola Valley, and is surrounded by executive housing and premier amenities. Additionally, the property is located just five minutes from Sand Hill Road – the global epicenter for Silicon Valley’s tech-funding ecosystem, as well as Stanford University and the SLC, National Accelerator Laboratory.

Originally constructed in 1967, The Offices at Ladera are all single-story buildings that are fully leased to venture capital firms and Stanford Medical. “This is a generational opportunity to acquire a well-leased, meticulously maintained office campus in the supply-constrained Portola Valley submarket,” said Connors.
