Portman Lands Spring Quarter Tenant, Launches Multifamily Preleasing

Developer Portman has announced Pepper Boxing as the first retail tenant for Spring Quarter, the mixed-use development rising in Midtown Atlanta. Pepper Boxing will be on the ground-floor space of Sora, the development’s 30-story, 370-unit luxury residential tower. Pre-leasing for Sora is underway with management company Bozzuto.

The new location will be the third for Pepper Boxing. The fitness concept features the only circular heavy bag layout in the world, giving participants access to the instructor at all times during the 50-minute class.

“We are always seeking out quality, Class-A real estate to put down roots,” said CEO and Founder of Pepper Boxing, Alexander “Pepper” Kaufman. “Spring Quarter offers an unparalleled opportunity to establish a presence in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta’s hottest neighborhood.”

Located at the corner of Spring Street and 10th Street NW, Sora marks the first phase of Spring Quarter, which nearly encompasses a full city block.
