Portman introduced a new multifamily community with ground-floor retail in Pompano Beach, Florida. The project is expected to break ground in Fall 2026 and be delivered in late 2028.

Located at 2400 E Atlantic Blvd and rising eight stories, the project will include a unique selection of walk-out townhomes and rowhouses with direct street access, a rooftop pool, amenity deck, interior courtyard, gym and six-story parking garage. At the street level, there will be 10,591 square feet of retail space with al fresco seating for restaurant concepts. The project’s design will emphasize wide sidewalks and bike paths, promoting a pedestrian-friendly environment. The 3.2-acre site currently features a vacant, vintage office building and a former bank.

The site is located along Atlantic Boulevard, a half-mile from the beach. Residents will also benefit from being within walking distance to Publix and various restaurants.
