Portman Holdings Tops Out 135K-SF Junction Krog District Office Project in Atlanta

Atlanta, GA-based property management company Portman Holdings has topped out its Junction Krog District office development located in the Old Fourth Ward in Atlanta, GA.

The project is the first Atlanta BeltLine-fronting, new-construction development to the Krog District area, according to the company. It includes 135,000 square feet of new office, three chef-driven restaurants and multiple balconies overlooking the Beltline. More than 11,000 square feet of elevated outdoor space is available for office users, and a 7,000-square-foot public porch rests on the ground floor.

Junction Krog District is located at the corner of Irwin St and Auburn Ave across from Krog Street Market, less than one mile to both Ponce City Market and Atlanta Dairies.

The development is opening July 2023.
