Portland MXU Apartment Asset Trades Hands

The Wilmore, a five-story mixed-use apartment building that houses 75 units in Portland, OR’s North Williams neighborhood, has been sold. Built in 2016, the complex contains 50,720 square feet of residential living space and 5,760 square feet of retail.

MSL Vancouver Oregon Investments acquired the property, for a reported $28 million. CBRE’s Phil Oester, Joe Nydahl and Josh McDonald arranged the sale on behalf of Wilsonville, OR-based Marathon.

Located at 4357 North Williams Ave., the property offers a mix of amenities and retail. Units feature high ceilings, bamboo floors, stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite countertops. The amenity-rich LEED Silver certified property features a bike repair shop with ample indoor and outdoor bike storage, a rooftop lounge, BBQ station and 24-hour fitness center.
