Portland Law Firm Moving Downtown Office to Block 216 Building

International law firm Fisher Phillips LLP is moving from its Portland offices at 111 S.W. Fifth Ave. to a 7,440-square-foot office space in BPM Real Estate Group’s building that is also home to the Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Another law firm, Davis Wright Tremaine, also moved to Block 216 and expanded its lease in August, reported the Portland Business Journal. Davis Wright Tremaine signed on as the anchor tenant, taking just over 19,100 square feet of the 7th floor, and San Francisco-based private equity firm Banneker Partners also leased 4,545 square feet of space on the fourth floor.

Block 216 is a new 35-story mixed-use property in Portland’s West End neighborhood. Along with the Ritz-Carlton, the building has multiple floors of office space and residential housing above ground-floor retail.
