Portland Art Gallery Acquires a Permanent Home  

The Portland Art Gallery, owned by Kevin Thomas and directed by Emma Wilson, has acquired a permanent home at 154 Middle Street in Portland, Maine. The property was purchased for $1.3M from Peak 5 Equities. 

The gallery has been operating in this location since 2011. The transaction was facilitated by Greg Boulos of the Boulos Company, representing 154 Art Ventures, LLC. Portland Art Gallery represents over 60 established and emerging Maine artists.
