Portland Area Multifamily Community Trades for $19M
FPA Multifamily has purchased Fox Meadows, a 95-unit multifamily community in the Portland, OR submarket of Tualatin, OR. The firm acquired the asset from private real estate company, Trion Properties, for $19.35 million.
“In addition to being home to several high-tech manufacturers, Tualatin is located in Washington County, which has been recognized as having the lowest unemployment rate of any other county in the Portland Metro,” said Trion’s Managing Partner Max Sharkansky.
Kidder Mathews’ Tyler Linn, Jordan Carter and Clay Newton represented Trion in the deal. “Fox Meadows presents a great value-add opportunity due to Tualatin’s strong market fundamentals and tight vacancy,” said Linn. “With a minimal pipeline of new supply coming in, this asset is positioned for incredible growth.”
Offering a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, Fox Meadows features convenient access to the metro’s major thoroughfares. Community amenities include a swimming pool, laundry facilities and ample parking and storage.
