Portfolio in Fulton Market Offered in Sealed Bid Opportunity
AW Properties Global has announced a bid opportunity for the Kinzie Building Company Portfolio, which is made up of three existing buildings and a parking lot in the Fulton Market District. The portfolio is being made available via sealed bid, with a minimum bid of $11 million.
The lot size spans more than 40,000 square feet, and the properties total 52,932 square feet across three buildings. The portfolio includes 1044-48 W. Kinzie, a 26,244-square-foot property, 410 N. Carpenter, a 12,588-square-foot building, and 415 N. Aberdeen, a 14,100-square-foot asset. The portfolio also features an additional parking lot located at 412-18 N. Carpenter. The properties are currently zoned for light industrial use but could also become residential, mixed-use, office, hotel, or retail developments.
