Portal Warehousing Expands to Brooklyn 

Portal Warehousing has opened a new location in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, at The Whale.  

The Sunset Park location offers 60 units ranging from 200 to 1,500 square feet, providing move-in ready spaces with rents starting at $1,000 per month. Portal’s management agreement with Capstone Equities covers the 6th and 7th floors at a combined 58,500 square feet. Portal offers flexible lease terms, amenities, and shipping and logistics platform for tenants.
