Port Logistics Group Completes 1.5M SF SoCal Lease Extensions

Port Logistics Group, the nation’s leading provider of omnichannel logistics services, executed three five-year lease extensions totaling 1.475 million square feet in the City of Industry, CA. The lease renewals comprise 775,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space at 108 South Mayo Ave. (pictured), and 700,000 square feet in two 350,000-square-foot buildings at 18175 and 18215 Rowland St.
Port Logistics Group’s Jeffrey Wolpov says, “We are pleased to reconfirm our long-term commitment to the City of Industry and have the opportunity to continue to serve our clients without interruption.”
NAI Partners’ John Simons and Savills Studley’s Jeff Cannon, Andrew Morrow and Joe Jones represented Port Logistics Group. Majestic Realty Co., which owns 108 Mayo Ave., was represented by in-house brokers Kent Valley and Terry Baker. Gateway Industrial Properties, a Blackstone portfolio company, was represented by JLL’s Mike McCrary.
