Port Authority, Westfield Launch JFK Commercial Program

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), The New Terminal One (NTO), and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports have unveiled the commercial program for the new $9.5 billion all-international terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), set to open in 2026.

The New Terminal One will be JFK’s largest terminal, with 23 gates and over 2.4 million square feet of retail, dining, and lounge space. URW Airports has issued a global duty-free Request for Proposals (RFP), aiming to showcase local products. The project is part of a $19 billion transformation of JFK, aiming to provide a passenger experience on par with the world’s great airports. The redevelopment includes Terminal 6, Terminal 4 expansion, and Terminal 8 modernization.
